During the trip, a certified instructor will guide you through yoga and meditation sessions designed to help you relax, improve focus, and recharge your energy while enjoying the sea and the Mediterranean breeze.

The activity includes yoga poses suitable for all levels and guided meditation moments to harmonize body and mind. You can take deep breaths, listen to the sound of the sea, and admire the stunning views of Mallorca’s coastline from the deck, creating a unique environment to disconnect from daily stress.

 This experience is ideal for couples, groups of friends, or individuals seeking relaxation, wellness, and moments of calm at sea. No prior yoga or meditation experience is required—just a willingness to enjoy and connect with the surroundings.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum age: 4 years old (children must be accompanied by an adult)

  • No prior experience in yoga or meditation is required

  • Comfortable clothing is recommended and please bring a yoga matt

  • People with serious physical conditions or mobility limitations should not participate; those with reduced mobility should consult about the activity in advance

  • Consumption of alcohol is not allowed during the session

Location

General conditions

  • All participants must follow the instructions of the skipper and onboard staff.

  • The use of life jackets and safety equipment is mandatory only if the skipper indicates it.

  • Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  • Participants agree to sail at their own risk and comply with the boat’s safety rules.
